My mother has lived here for the past 5 years and I just moved in about 6 months ago. The staff (mainly Ryann) was very helpful in my and my dogs, transition into the apartment- which I was so grateful for. The staff regularly asks residents for their feedback in ways to improve not only the facility, but the community. They have a gym on site, the cutest community garden plots, a dog run, and dog trash sites with trash bags available for your fur babies. Maintenance is also responsive in a timely manner and staff gives plenty of notice for regular maintenance items. They are very communicative with our residents. Speaking of, my neighbors are also respectful and have been fun to get to know as well! This is a cute place to live. :)

Hi y’all!!! I have lived at Brigham Place Apartments going on 9 years. I have an apartment with all the amenities inside that I need as well as a patio at an affordable price. The management and maintenance staff are awesome and have worked with me if I’ve ever had difficulties. I love the apartments are not only pet friendly but welcome pets with a pet park and useful potty bag stations around the complex. The grounds are maintained well throughout the seasons. There are nice views of the mountains and ample grassy areas as well as sidewalk for kids and animals alike. There’s even a little kiddie playground. I love the benefits I enjoy by living here & hope to live here for some time in the future! 😊 I love living here!!!!

I have been at these apartments for about 5 years now. My building was pretty new when I moved in, so it’s been really nice. Management has improved and taken better care of the grounds and building upkeep than when I first moved in. I haven’t needed much from maintenance, but when I have, things have been taken care of satisfactorily. I have a nice view of sunsets from my unit, which I enjoy. The playground is nice for kids and it’s great that they have garden spots and a dog run for those that want/need them. Putting up animal waste receptacles has helped decrease the problem of lots of waste being left in the grass everywhere. Overall, it’s a nice place to live.

When we moved here, we found " OUR FOREVER HOME " at the BRIGHAM PLACE APARTMENTS in Brigham City Utah. This COMMUNITY is full of FRENDLY NEIGHBORS, a SMALL PARK for KIDS to swing and the LITTLE ONES to squeal down the slides and lots of area for WALKING our FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS and an enclosed area for them to conduct their business!! I greatly appreciate the fact that we have WASHER and DRYERS in each apartment along with SPACIOUS FLOOR PLANS!! Sorry if I sound like an agent trying to sell you an apartments but I AM A RESIDENT and I wanted to share how much you I LOVE LIVING HERE!! It is a SAFE and COMFORTABLE place to LIVE and It all START and ENDS with our MANAGEMENT STAFF, RYANN and BLAKE...

The staff is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, they’re quick to respond and always willing to help—repairs are handled efficiently and with a positive attitude, which makes a huge difference. The management team is approachable and respectful, and it truly feels like they want residents to be comfortable and taken care of. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where concerns are taken seriously and resolved without hassle. Overall, this is a well-managed community with people who actually care, and I’m really happy to call it home. Ryann & Blake have a great team system going to accomplish all items that hadn't been fulfilled by the previous manager and maintenance team. Within less than a month of having this new manager and maintenance team all issues our unit have been addressed and properly fixed. We appreciate them very much!! It is not an easy job to manage an apartment community, and I feel Ryann is the best manager I have personally known so far. She keeps all situations professional, her community safe, and the grounds kept up and clean. Her personality is always welcoming, kind, and she always has a smile. Blake is professional, quick, and knowledgeable about each situation that has needed to be addressed. He works hard and is determined to do his best. He also is very informative of what he has accomplished and what items still need work. Thank you for everything you all do.

I moved into my apartment here when I was 19 years old, I’m now 25 and it has truly been one of the best “first” experiences I could have ever asked for. The community is great, willing to lend a hand, and all around pretty friendly! The location has always been wonderful and well taken care of. Management is very easy to talk to and work with and you can tell Kimi and Kenny really care about the residents. I haven’t made much noise in my time here but I’m always greeted with a smile, Kenny has always shown up when I’ve needed help at any hour of the night, and Kimi’s always greeted me by name and made the confusing parts easy to understand. You truly will feel at home around here. They’ve made the entire process of sticking around a breeze. Weather it’s your first place you’re thinking of getting or you’ve lived in many, when you decide to settle down at Brigham place the hardest thing you’ll have to ever do is leave. You won’t regret growing some roots here!

Living here at Brigham Place has been life changing! Kimi is a hard worker who makes sure that each unit feels welcome, appreciated, and taken care of. If we have something that needs to be done in our unit she is quickly setting up an appointment for Kenny to come over and fix it. We appreciated Kenny and his hard work. He is very knowledgeable in every area and has accomplished some very difficult tasks quickly and easily. Kimi always has a friendly smile, hello, and welcoming personality when we visit the office! It always brightens my day to talk with her and she is always understanding of all situations that need attention! We are now releasing and are happy to be here another year with a wonderful apartment manager, maintenance personnel, and great surroundings that are well taken care of. Kimi is awesome, always friendly and gets things done. Kenny the maintenance man is also awesome. He is quick to fix anything that needs to be done. The grounds are well kept and if problems popup they are quick to resolve them. I’m happy living here, and don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

They have been excellent to work with as a student. My wife and i moved here in 2017 as i began school at USU. We have a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms, granite countertops, laundry room, a good size kitchen, a dishwasher (besides me and my wife) and nice carpets. Pets are welcome too The patio is nice, however it is slooped towards the center so water accumulates during rain and snow, and then it freezes Grills are not allowed on the patio and the apartment complex is currently working on a solution. No open flame or flame of any type is allowed on the patio but electric cookers. Its nice to make breakfast outside sometimes Everything is fully electric, no gas, which is nice. We have had things break, as normal things break, such as our hot water heater andnthey had someone out that day to fix it.

He fixed what needed to be done quickly, prior management (I'm talking about when Jason was the manager) never even tried to fix my kitchen faucet. I’ve recently moved from Brigham Place after 5 years, and I will cherish this place forever! I moved in on a very low income with nothing but a bed and my dog and now I’ve left with a family and a full home of furniture. This place gave me the opportunity to advance in life with their state income program, so you don’t have a greedy landlord raising your rent whenever they feel like it. The appliances are newer, granite countertops throughout, very pet/kid friendly. The stairs did suck sometimes but it keeps ya in shape lol! So many memories will always be with me, thank you Brigham Place for being a big era in my life!

I've lived at Brigham place for 9 year's. It's a wonderful place to call home, over the years things have changed to make it better! A pet yard, garden center and club house you can use for parties. The management is very friendly and easy to get ahold of, maintenance is quick at fixing problems even when the office is closed or on hoildays.The management is even starting to plans fun family events for hoildays. I highly recommend calling this complex you're home!
