Update on my older review, the new manager Ryann is AWESOME! Blake the maintenance guy is also AWESOME! Ryann has really done a great job on keeping the property looking good, very good! I’ve lived here since February of 2018 and I’m glad I moved here. I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Brigham Place apartments are pet friendly, kid friendly and family friendly. I’m happy to call this HOME

Just moved in. Cute Ryann was the best. She worked so hard to get me in my place ! So positive and upbeat!.. has just a couple issues and Blake was over here getting things taken care of!! Also explained a few things to me as well.. these 2 have made me feel so welcome..

Maintenance is on it as soon as you report an issue, neighbors are friendly, and management is understanding.

Ive lived here a little over a year and its been great.

I’ve lived here for over a year it is a great place to live. The staff are great and so are the neighbors. I love going outside and meeting new people who are walking there dogs. I absolutely love how quiet it is as well.

Love my appointment and most of my neighbors... My new management is great seem on top of everything and super nice.

Ryann & Blake have a great team system going to accomplish all items that hadn't been fulfilled by the previous manager and maintenance team. Within less than a month of having this new manager and maintenance team all issues our unit have been addressed and properly fixed. We appreciate them very much!! It is not an easy job to manage an apartment community, and I feel Ryann is the best manager I have personally known so far. She keeps all situations professional, her community safe, and the grounds kept up and clean. Her personality is always welcoming, kind, and she always has a smile. Blake is professional, quick, and knowledgeable about each situation that has needed to be addressed. He works hard and is determined to do his best. He also is very informative of what he has accomplished and what items still need work. Thank you for everything you all do.

Brigham place apartments are nice and reasonablly priced compared to a lot of other apartments. People are friendly in my building and management are nice and good to hear you.

I moved into my apartment here when I was 19 years old, I’m now 25 and it has truly been one of the best “first” experiences I could have ever asked for. The community is great, willing to lend a hand, and all around pretty friendly! The location has always been wonderful and well taken care of. Management is very easy to talk to and work with and you can tell Kimi and Kenny really care about the residents. I haven’t made much noise in my time here but I’m always greeted with a smile, Kenny has always shown up when I’ve needed help at any hour of the night, and Kimi’s always greeted me by name and made the confusing parts easy to understand. You truly will feel at home around here. They’ve made the entire process of sticking around a breeze. Weather it’s your first place you’re thinking of getting or you’ve lived in many, when you decide to settle down at Brigham place the hardest thing you’ll have to ever do is leave. You won’t regret growing some roots here!

I’ve lived in Brigham Place since July 2024 and I have enjoyed every moment of it. It was an easy process to sign the lease and select a move in date. The clear and timely communication from Kimi is top tier. I will recommend Brigham Place Apartments to others. Thank you for making this an amazing place to call home!

Living here at Brigham Place has been life changing! Kimi is a hard worker who makes sure that each unit feels welcome, appreciated, and taken care of. If we have something that needs to be done in our unit she is quickly setting up an appointment for Kenny to come over and fix it. We appreciated Kenny and his hard work. He is very knowledgeable in every area and has accomplished some very difficult tasks quickly and easily. Kimi always has a friendly smile, hello, and welcoming personality when we visit the office! It always brightens my day to talk with her and she is always understanding of all situations that need attention! We are now releasing and are happy to be here another year with a wonderful apartment manager, maintenance personnel, and great surroundings that are well taken care of. Thank you Kimi and Kenny for all of your hard work, we truly appreciate you!

Maintenance has been a little shotty often on but now that we’ve got the new maintenance man it’s been even better. I haven’t had to report anything recently, but Brigham Place Apartments is a really good place. I love that they have subsidized housing and that they were able to help a family who was in desperate need of housing, have three beautiful children and I am so thankful that I was able to get housing for them and myself I can’t wait to see what the New Year’s bring with everything that’s going on. I am so thankful again thank you so much Brigham Place Apartments for being there when I needed you.

We were able to get into the apartment quickly back in August before our wedding, we have been looking for places for a while. Thanks for helping us in a timely manner! They are always helpful whenever I have questions about anything!

I’ve lived here at Brigham Place Apts since February of 2018. We’ve had a few different management companies, but this current one is by far the best. Kimi is awesome, always friendly and gets things done. Kenny the maintenance man is also awesome. He is quick to fix anything that needs to be done. The grounds are well kept and if problems popup they are quick to resolve them. I’m happy living here, and don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

We’ve loved living here for eight years! Through the different management changes, we’ve gotten along with all of them. They are quick to respond and happy to help however they can. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious.

We recently had a leaky kitchen faucet, and maintenance was there the next day and had it fixed within an hour. We’ve had great experiences with the office manager and maintenance.

Great place to live!

The apartment sizes are large in comparison to other properties in the area. Management is friendly, Kimi goes out of her way to help find solutions to help the residents. Maintenance is better than any other properties in the area. You can tell he genuinely want to get things resolved as quickly as possible.

The manager Kimi is absolutely amazing. She handles her job with extreme professionalism. Whether that be dealing with residence or talking to her staff.

I have lived here for going on 7 years! I love living here, our management is superior, and Kenny the maintenance man is awesome. He fixed what needed to be done quickly, prior management (I'm talking about when Jason was the manager) never even tried to fix my kitchen faucet. As soon as I told Kenny and Kimi about it, bam it was done! Thank you Kenny and Kimi. This is a very nice place to live.

Great place to live

We have been here a long time. I hope to be here for a long time to come. Management is great and maintenance is fast and thorough. I enjoy all the extras they do, like the contests and picknicks. Thank you.

I’ve recently moved from Brigham Place after 5 years, and I will cherish this place forever! I moved in on a very low income with nothing but a bed and my dog and now I’ve left with a family and a full home of furniture. This place gave me the opportunity to advance in life with their state income program, so you don’t have a greedy landlord raising your rent whenever they feel like it. The appliances are newer, granite countertops throughout, very pet/kid friendly. The stairs did suck sometimes but it keeps ya in shape lol! So many memories will always be with me, thank you Brigham Place for being a big era in my life!

It all happened so fast I'm still amazed I'm living in my new apartment. Kimi was extremely helpful and right on top of things. She responded quickly and kindly with any questions or concerns I had which made it easier for me to get the information in I needed to get accepted on this program. Nice manager, she's does a great job

I've lived at Brigham place for 9 year's. It's a wonderful place to call home, over the years things have changed to make it better! A pet yard, garden center and club house you can use for parties. The management is very friendly and easy to get ahold of, maintenance is quick at fixing problems even when the office is closed or on hoildays.The management is even starting to plans fun family events for hoildays. I highly recommend calling this complex you're home!

Lived here for about 5 years and I love it. it is nice and quiet no drama no noisy neighbors management is great and so is the maintenance guy if there is an issue he is right on it if he can't get to it he at least let's you know

I've been living here since 2017 and I love it! Jason and Judy never fail to take care of any issues I might encounter, but those are few and far between. They are always kind, cheerful and wonderful to just talk to. They really have the residents best interest in the forefront of anything they do. Bryce is extremely kind and helpful as well. The grounds are well maintained and the place really feels like home. I highly recommend living here. It feels like family to me.

There is enough negative comments that get posted in general I felt when people go above and beyond it needs to be mentioned as well. Brigham Place apartments were very easy to deal with. They we always quick to respond to and resolve any questions and concerns that arose. My mother could not have been treated better.

Crystal was exceptionally helpful and professional in assisting us through the application process. She was friendly and welcoming from the beginning and has done her best for her residents to feel happy and safe.
