My mother has lived here for the past 5 years and I just moved in about 6 months ago. The staff (mainly Ryann) was very helpful in my and my dogs, transition into the apartment- which I was so grateful for. The staff regularly asks residents for their feedback in ways to improve not only the facility, but the community. They have a gym on site, the cutest community garden plots, a dog run, and dog trash sites with trash bags available for your fur babies. Maintenance is also responsive in a timely manner and staff gives plenty of notice for regular maintenance items. They are very communicative with our residents. Speaking of, my neighbors are also respectful and have been fun to get to know as well! This is a cute place to live. :)

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. I've lived in 2 different units and the management has been great. Things get resolved in a timely manner and the property is very clean.

Hi yâall!!! I have lived at Brigham Place Apartments going on 9 years. I have an apartment with all the amenities inside that I need as well as a patio at an affordable price. The management and maintenance staff are awesome and have worked with me if Iâve ever had difficulties. I love the apartments are not only pet friendly but welcome pets with a pet park and useful potty bag stations around the complex. The grounds are maintained well throughout the seasons. There are nice views of the mountains and ample grassy areas as well as sidewalk for kids and animals alike. Thereâs even a little kiddie playground. I love the benefits I enjoy by living here & hope to live here for some time in the future! ð I love living here!!!!

Brigham Place Apartments is an amazing place to live and call home. Our manager Ryann and Blake our maintenance technician are so on top of things and they really care. They are both the sweetest people. I love my view and my apartment is beautiful and perfect and I love all my neighbors. I’m so thankful to have found this place.

I can honestly say this is an amazing place to live!! I love my apartment, the view it’s perfect. Our manager Ryann is awesome and Blake our maintenance is always right on top of things, they are so nice. I am so thankful I found this place to live.
