I’m so thankful for Brigham Place Apartments because had they not accepted me when I first applied back in 2020 I would not have a place for me and my children. I have been here for the last going on now five years and I am so thankful they accepted my cats and they fix things when they have had to fix them. Maintenance has been a little shotty often on but now that we’ve got the new maintenance man it’s been even better. I haven’t had to report anything recently, but Brigham Place Apartments is a really good place. I love that they have subsidized housing and that they were able to help a family who was in desperate need of housing, have three beautiful children and I am so thankful that I was able to get housing for them and myself I can’t wait to see what the New Year’s bring with everything that’s going on. I am so thankful again thank you so much Brigham Place Apartments for being there when I needed you. Not to mention the Brigham Place also really works with you if you have problems with getting into your doctor to get your service letters or if you are behind on rent a little bit, they work with you on it they just they let you know they give you a reminder they help everything change and make sure it goes in the right direction. This was the place that I used to come home but as of now as of new management coming in, it is no longer feeling like home and now feels like a jail sentence and I now have to be out by the end of month of November. I love this place. It was nice. It worked for me, but as it starts to get closer to the end of November, I feel like it’s nothing but a jail sentence don’t get me wrong when I first moved in here it was a great place and it was fun. I had blast with these guys, but the new management has made it extremely terrible for anybody to live here charging double the amount of what they need to for repairs and trying to weasel more money out of people who can’t afford it there are people who are here who live in the community of the apartment complex that have been living off of SSI for most their lives or retirement but it seems like the apartment complex doesn’t care anymore and sometimes they don’t want to listen to what’s going on in your house or they don’t want to share how they feel they don’t even come in for second inspection if they say they’re going to come in for a second inspection so yeah I’m kind of glad that I am leaving this property. Hopefully, I can find a place within the next month or so because I have to be out by the end of November.

The management team is always helpful and ensures a great living experience. I’ve lived here at Brigham Place Apts since February of 2018. We’ve had a few different management companies, but this current one is by far the best. Kimi is awesome, always friendly and gets things done. Kenny the maintenance man is also awesome. He is quick to fix anything that needs to be done. The grounds are well kept and if problems popup they are quick to resolve them. I’m happy living here, and don’t plan on moving anytime soon.
