We recently had a leaky kitchen faucet, and maintenance was there the next day and had it fixed within an hour. We’ve had great experiences with the office manager and maintenance.

We’ve loved living here for eight years! Through the different management changes, we’ve gotten along with all of them. They are quick to respond and happy to help however they can. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious.

The apartment sizes are large in comparison to other properties in the area. Management is friendly, Kimi goes out of her way to help find solutions to help the residents. Maintenance is better than any other properties in the area. You can tell he genuinely want to get things resolved as quickly as possible.

The manager Kimi is absolutely amazing. She handles her job with extreme professionalism. Whether that be dealing with residence or talking to her staff.

Update on my older review, the new manager Ryann is AWESOME! Blake the maintenance guy is also AWESOME! Ryann has really done a great job on keeping the property looking good, very good! I’ve lived here since February of 2018 and I’m glad I moved here. I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Brigham Place apartments are pet friendly, kid friendly and family friendly. I’m happy to call this HOME Update to this review, honestly I can't think of anything more to say about Brigham Place apartments. Other than if there is a problem it is dealt with ASAP! Our manager and maintenance personnel are THE BEST!
