Lived here for 7 1/2 years and so far itâs not been the greatest .. they take forever to fix anything or end up saying theyâll fix it when you move out .. and when you hire your maintenance friend that does other buildings in Brigham to do or you do it yourself you get in trouble. The place was âbrand new â when I moved in but they cut so many corners not everything works properly the carpets were loose and pulled up before moving in. They keep making up fees for everything and change the rules. Neighbors arenât the greatest either . Always leaving trash bags and bags of cat litter outside of their door . Smoking on their balcony and I get blamed and I donât even smoke.. or people smoke near the parked cars and it goes into your car .other than dealing with snobby office people and stuff not getting fixed itâs a good cheap place to live. Other than them changing the breed restrictions on dogs as well as them changing the pet thing to No caged animals & I wasnât about to give up our hamster .. weâve had bearded dragons ,, hedgehogs, Guinea pigs, hamsters & a sun conure prior to the new management and when they changed the rule I was blown away .. plus theyâve stopped spraying for bugs a year or two and now ants come inside and other nasty bugs outside the buildings.
