Update on my older review, the new manager Ryann is AWESOME! Blake the maintenance guy is also AWESOME! Ryann has really done a great job on keeping the property looking good, very good! Iâve lived here since February of 2018 and Iâm glad I moved here. I donât plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Brigham Place apartments are pet friendly, kid friendly and family friendly. Iâm happy to call this HOME Update to this review, honestly I can't think of anything more to say about Brigham Place apartments. Other than if there is a problem it is dealt with ASAP! Our manager and maintenance personnel are THE BEST!

I have lived here for going on 7 years! I love living here, our management is superior, and Kenny the maintenance man is awesome. He fixed what needed to be done quickly, prior management (I'm talking about when Jason was the manager) never even tried to fix my kitchen faucet. As soon as I told Kenny and Kimi about it, bam it was done! Thank you Kenny and Kimi. This is a very nice place to live.
