THREE RED FLAGS: 1) I went to sign a year lease with my little family and last minute they added, sprung a $150 month-to-month fee, to the lease agreement and would not take it off and would not put N/A. They "Promised" not to charge that fee, but refused to remove it. Whoever heard of a year lease with a month to month charge on it as well? 2) lease agreement contains a clause that says that the owner can change the price of anything at any time and the renter agrees to not dispute this. 3) flash inspections are written into the lease claiming that the owner can inspect the interior, without ANY prior notice. This is in direct violation of Utah code, Chapter 22 of the Fit Premises Act, which requires landlords to give tenants at least 24 hours' notice before entering their rental unit Landlords CANNOT create their own agreements, that bypass or violate Utah state law... But Brigham place tries. It is my personal opinion that people should AVOID this place at all costs especially if you have a family.

Iâve recently moved from Brigham Place after 5 years, and I will cherish this place forever! I moved in on a very low income with nothing but a bed and my dog and now Iâve left with a family and a full home of furniture. This place gave me the opportunity to advance in life with their state income program, so you donât have a greedy landlord raising your rent whenever they feel like it. The appliances are newer, granite countertops throughout, very pet/kid friendly. The stairs did suck sometimes but it keeps ya in shape lol! So many memories will always be with me, thank you Brigham Place for being a big era in my life!

The apartments are really great, in nice condition, well maintained,, I love living here,, I've had 3 different office managers to deal with.. id give a rating at a high 5 stars,, "but" I have talked to 2 of the office managers bout a concern I have as well as sent a email to y'all with no response ,, not what I expected to be honest..

This complex evicts people for being half a month late on rent they dont even wait until the next month to send you to their attorneys. We also paid our rent by the 29th before the new month. I had told kim i was laid off my seasonal job in October and was working to get rent in which i did which she made me pay to the attorneys when she could have had my case pulled back instead the attorneys told her they couldn't when thats false they just wouldn't get paid 2k that they were trying to charge me on-top of the money i paid to rent and they didn't want that. Do not rent from them. She evicted us before Christmas and having my kids cry because we had to take the Christmas tree down is a horrible feeling. If you have any UNPREDICTABLE setbacks donât rent from these people they donât care. They laugh in your face and move someone else in 3-4 weeks later. Also I bet they charged me for the broken microwave when their handyman broke it and tried to act like it wasnât him when he went to fix the handle and tried to open the door from the wrong side

It all happened so fast I'm still amazed I'm living in my new apartment. Kimi was extremely helpful and right on top of things. She responded quickly and kindly with any questions or concerns I had which made it easier for me to get the information in I needed to get accepted on this program.
