CHEAP AND FULL OF DRAMA To start management, they are unprofessional and have made it very clear that they just want money and will put no effort into you or any complications you may have. Appliances are cheap and nothing seems to work long term even after âgetting fixedâ jobs are seemingly half done or done just enough that youâll shut up for a while but never fully taken care of. Neighbors are immature and will pick fights with others, bad enough that on several occasions management sent out a mass âbe niceâ text and email. If you want a nice, comfortable place to live this IS NOT it! Save your time, save the stress and avoid Brigham place apartments.

Jocelyn and Chase are both doing a great job at Brigham Place. Prompt, Professional, Personable.. I am glad they are as helpful as they are. Since Management has changed, only good things can be said about what they are doing for this property!
