I think it's important to note that most of the people leaving negative reviews simply didn't like it when they failed to obtain the outcome(s) they sought, regardless of what the actual circumstances were; So they took to Google with incomplete information.
Let's use an extreme example with Joe Rosario's review. The actual circumstances were: He was an unauthorized occupant. He should have never been living on the property. They were warned multiple times. Also, he and his girlfriend(who was the actual resident), caused significant property damage, on more than one occasion, and then got upset when they were held accountable. His post was that of vindictiveness, and out of context. Plain and simple.
The owners of Brigham Place Apartments should get all of the facts before they start blindly apologizing.
I am leaving a one-star, not because of my experiences with the property or its new management, but because of the way the owners of the property conduct business
Follow up: no kidding its under different manage, Liz you fired all the previous staff with you're company take over, once you decided no one could handle a tax credit property otherwise. Youre pathetic. Now you want to suddenly be a property friendly environment, when before we were just your hench-men. Do what you say not as you please. You are a problem in the community. Many people know you, and know you're pathetic. Good luck.
The residents you were apologizing too were problem residents who had know idea how to follow logic.
