I havenât moved in yet but so far communication is amazing! Process is fast! People in the office are caring understanding and very professional and have a great attitude and make you feel comfortable!

Not a very good place to live they're not up front with you they lie to you about your security deposit I gave them a $350 check for my security deposit and I expected to get it back when I was denied it took me three and a half weeks to get it back from them and on top of it all I I didn't get the whole $350 back I was sure mad I was very very upset Crystal didn't even want to work with you she could have cared less so not a good place to live they give you hopes and expectations and then they dropped the bomb on you Crystal has no PR skills pretty damn sad I wasn't happy with this place

I'm giving Brigham Place a one star for my experience. I submitted an application, and with it, my deposit to try and secure my assumed apartment there. Upon being denied due to not qualifying as "low income" (Because I could possibly work 10 hours of over time, and my school doesn't cost enough.) I requested my $350 deposit back as it is fully refundable. Each time I have inquired about said deposit they state they will send it out with the next check run on a Wednesday and to expect it the next week. This is all fine and dandy but it's been 6 weeks since I was denied, and 2 additional times asking for my deposit back. Have yet to receive it, and will report to the better business bureau. Getting my deposit back when I didn't even reside there should not take 4 or 5 weeks.
