I’ve lived here for almost three years now and have thoroughly enjoyed it! Maintenance and management are awesome and make sure everything is taken care of. They do so many fun giveaways all the time and fun things to bring the community together. Couldn’t ask for more!

I have been at these apartments for about 5 years now. My building was pretty new when I moved in, so it’s been really nice. Management has improved and taken better care of the grounds and building upkeep than when I first moved in. I haven’t needed much from maintenance, but when I have, things have been taken care of satisfactorily. I have a nice view of sunsets from my unit, which I enjoy. The playground is nice for kids and it’s great that they have garden spots and a dog run for those that want/need them. Putting up animal waste receptacles has helped decrease the problem of lots of waste being left in the grass everywhere. Overall, it’s a nice place to live.

When we moved here, we found " OUR FOREVER HOME " at the BRIGHAM PLACE APARTMENTS in Brigham City Utah. This COMMUNITY is full of FRENDLY NEIGHBORS, a SMALL PARK for KIDS to swing and the LITTLE ONES to squeal down the slides and lots of area for WALKING our FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS and an enclosed area for them to conduct their business!! I greatly appreciate the fact that we have WASHER and DRYERS in each apartment along with SPACIOUS FLOOR PLANS!! Sorry if I sound like an agent trying to sell you an apartments but I AM A RESIDENT and I wanted to share how much you I LOVE LIVING HERE!! It is a SAFE and COMFORTABLE place to LIVE and It all START and ENDS with our MANAGEMENT STAFF, RYANN and BLAKE...

Our new management is awesome! They are so nice every time you see them. Ryann is so helpful and she plans fun activities every holiday. They installed pet stations and it makes it so easy to clean up after our dogs! And Blake is out and about everyday and does what he says he will do. I love my apartment and my neighbors!

Great place to live. Clean environment. Ryann and Blake are great to work with. Work orders are attended to in a timely manner. I have lived here 11years and do not plan on moving.
