I’ve lived here for over a year and have really enjoyed my stay so far. Ryann and Blake are great, very attentive, responsive, and understanding when it comes to hard times! Plus, the property is beautiful.

Great place to live. Clean environment. Work orders are handled timely. Rayan and Blake are great to work with. I have lived here 11 years and do not plan on moving

I have lived here for 9 years and have loved it the entire time. They have excellent response time with work orders! You can text them with any questions, put in your own work orders online. We have access to the dog park and gym through an app on our phone. It is the best place to live in Brigham City and fairly priced. All of my neighbors are all nice people. I really enjoy living here. Our current manager is great. She is extremely helpful !

We have been through several good managers over the years and our current manager, Sheila the best of them all. You can text them with any questions, put in your own work orders online. We have access to the dog park and gym through an app on our phone. It is the best place to live in Brigham City and fairly priced. All of my neighbors are all nice people. I really enjoy living here.

Ive lived here for 3 years and Ryann is awesome! I’ve had a really great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, they’re quick to respond and always willing to help—repairs are handled efficiently and with a positive attitude, which makes a huge difference. The management team is approachable and respectful, and it truly feels like they want residents to be comfortable and taken care of. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where concerns are taken seriously and resolved without hassle. Overall, this is a well-managed community with people who actually care, and I’m really happy to call it home. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place where they’re treated with kindness and respect.

Very nice apts, up to date appliances, Office and Maintenence are very good at taking care of residents SO much better than the girl running things last year!

Nothing but good experiences here. Blake and Ryann are incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. The community is well maintained and I’ve felt comfortable and taken care of living here.
