Since new management about 1 year ago it has been so much better! Blake and Raianne really take care of us. If something is broken or needed fixed or questions to be answered they are on it! Gets done in a timely manner! Thanks for making it good to live here guys!!!

Update on my older review, the new manager Ryann is AWESOME! Blake the maintenance guy is also AWESOME! Ryann has really done a great job on keeping the property looking good, very good! I’ve lived here since February of 2018 and I’m glad I moved here. I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Brigham Place apartments are pet friendly, kid friendly and family friendly. I’m happy to call this HOME

I have lived here for 8 years and I have to say that Ryann and Blake are the best. Last year was horrible in management and maintenance. These two kick ass and are Awesome! They get right on things and I actually love living here again. Very nice place! Thanks Ryann and Blake we appreciate everything you guys do! â¤ï¸

Just moved in. Cute Ryann was the best. She worked so hard to get me in my place ! So positive and upbeat!.. has just a couple issues and Blake was over here getting things taken care of!! Also explained a few things to me as well.. these 2 have made me feel so welcome..

Maintenance is on it as soon as you report an issue, neighbors are friendly, and management is understanding.
