Living here at Brigham Place has been life changing! Kimi is a hard worker who makes sure that each unit feels welcome, appreciated, and taken care of. If we have something that needs to be done in our unit she is quickly setting up an appointment for Kenny to come over and fix it. We appreciated Kenny and his hard work. He is very knowledgeable in every area and has accomplished some very difficult tasks quickly and easily. Kimi always has a friendly smile, hello, and welcoming personality when we visit the office! It always brightens my day to talk with her and she is always understanding of all situations that need attention! We are now releasing and are happy to be here another year with a wonderful apartment manager, maintenance personnel, and great surroundings that are well taken care of. Thank you Kimi and Kenny for all of your hard work, we truly appreciate you!

Brigham Place Apartments are the best, beautiful inside and out. Iâve lived here 13 years and Iâve enjoyed every minute of it. The manager Kimi makes you feel real welcome and cares about making sure your stay is the best. Thanks Brigham Place Apartments for being my number one!
