I moved into my apartment here when I was 19 years old, Iâm now 25 and it has truly been one of the best âfirstâ experiences I could have ever asked for. The community is great, willing to lend a hand, and all around pretty friendly! The location has always been wonderful and well taken care of. Management is very easy to talk to and work with and you can tell Kimi and Kenny really care about the residents. I havenât made much noise in my time here but Iâm always greeted with a smile, Kenny has always shown up when Iâve needed help at any hour of the night, and Kimiâs always greeted me by name and made the confusing parts easy to understand. You truly will feel at home around here. Theyâve made the entire process of sticking around a breeze. Weather itâs your first place youâre thinking of getting or youâve lived in many, when you decide to settle down at Brigham place the hardest thing youâll have to ever do is leave. You wonât regret growing some roots here!

Iâve lived in Brigham Place since July 2024 and I have enjoyed every moment of it. It was an easy process to sign the lease and select a move in date. The clear and timely communication from Kimi is top tier. I will recommend Brigham Place Apartments to others. Thank you for making this an amazing place to call home!

Their website doesnât list prices. I was contacted by the apartment complex who informed me that it was because there are no units available. Thatâs still dishonest and a waste of my time when they could just put that on the website.

Brigham place is the "right place"😂 The folks running it treat the tenants very well. They are also good at maintaining the complex. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Freaking LOVE management there. Kimi is always on top of things! And Kenny is amazing at fixing things! The only complaint i really have is theres not enough room to garden. Definately need to add more gardening beds to the gardening area. But definitely love it here!
