I have lived here for 9 years and have loved it the entire time. They have excellent response time with work orders! You can text them with any questions, put in your own work orders online. We have access to the dog park and gym through an app on our phone. It is the best place to live in Brigham City and fairly priced. All of my neighbors are all nice people. I really enjoy living here. Our current manager is great. She is extremely helpful !

Ive lived here for 3 years and Ryann is awesome! Iâve had a really great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime Iâve had a maintenance issue, theyâre quick to respond and always willing to helpârepairs are handled efficiently and with a positive attitude, which makes a huge difference. The management team is approachable and respectful, and it truly feels like they want residents to be comfortable and taken care of. Itâs refreshing to live somewhere where concerns are taken seriously and resolved without hassle. Overall, this is a well-managed community with people who actually care, and Iâm really happy to call it home. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place where theyâre treated with kindness and respect.

I just moved in, and ryann was so patient and so kind! She worked so hard to help me get into my apartment. She texted back so quick and was always great at answering any questions I've had. Out of all the landlords I've met or had She is definitely the best and shes so good at her job! The apartment is so spacious and so cute!
