Weâve lived here for almost a decade and have really enjoyed our time here. There is a small community feeling and the management here is amazing and definitely helps make everyone feel welcome.

Ever since management changed last year, I have loved living here. Ryann and Blake are awesome to work with and repairs actually get made. I would now recommend this place to anyone.

Since new management about 1 year ago it has been so much better! Blake and Raianne really take care of us. If something is broken or needed fixed or questions to be answered they are on it! Gets done in a timely manner! Thanks for making it good to live here guys!!!

Update on my older review, the new manager Ryann is AWESOME! Blake the maintenance guy is also AWESOME! Ryann has really done a great job on keeping the property looking good, very good! I’ve lived here since February of 2018 and I’m glad I moved here. I don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Brigham Place apartments are pet friendly, kid friendly and family friendly. I’m happy to call this HOME
